Wholesale Discounts: Your discount is determined by the quantity ordered (titles may be combined):
3-10 books = 40% discount
11-20 books = 45% discount
21 + books = 50% discount

Payment: Initial orders must be prepaid* (business check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). Future sales are net 30-days, upon receipt of credit references and credit approval. An invoice will be issued the same day books are shipped. If payment is not received by the end of 30 days, all future orders must be prepaid, and a finance charge of 2% per month will be assessed.
*Government agenices and schools may send purchase orders for net 30-day terms.

Non-Returnable: Books are non-returnable unless damaged in transit. We must be notified within 10 days of any shipping damage.

Shipping: Orders can be shipped via FedEx Ground Collect or UPS Ground Collect if your account number is provided at time of order. All other orders will be charged for actual shipping & handling (at our discounted rates, which are based on weight & destination).
